- Personnel file - JW Warren LLC organizes personnel files to ensure easy and compliant filing protocols of all HR documents.
New Hire On boarding/Paper Administration
- On boarding new employees is a critical step in the success of any company. JW Warren LLC prides itself by developing processes that welcomes, educates and acclimates new employees to the company.
- JW Warren LLC will review the current on boarding process; develop implementation schedules for the roll out of the newly approved on boarding process.
- JW Warren LLC will discuss recommendations with Senior Management to ensure said recommendations align with the company’s mission, values and overall culture.
Employee Relations Support
- Maintaining a positive employee/employer relationship within an organization is a major key to success.
- JW Warren LLC will assist with the following:
- Investigating in employee complaints.
- Issue conflict resolution guidance to management.
- Train management on how to best handle various situations that may arise.
- Provide support to management.
- Ensure there are policies and procedures/ employee handbooks in place to effectively address employee issues/concerns.
- Develop employee recognition programs that are best suited for the culture of the client.
Recruiting Administration
- JW Warren LLC will conduct an evaluation of the current recruitment process such as:
- Job postings verbiage/ job boards
- Resume screening process
- Interview process (Phone, 1st in person, 2nd in person)
- Employee referral programs
- Background checks
- Employee offers
- JW Warren LLC will create job postings based on management's needs; post vacant positions online through a client email; and phone screen all qualified resumes that come through (if requested).
- Depending on clients process, JW Warren LLC will forward all prescreened candidates that passed the 1st round interview process to the client’s management team in order to be interviewed in person.
- Clients management team will make the final hiring decision.
Termination Management
- JW Warren LLC will train management team on the progressive disciplinary action process.
- In addition, all documentation, emails and conversations with management regarding said employee will be reviewed.
- Recommendations will be made to the Human Resources department or terminating manager.
- JW Warren LLC will issue termination letter templates along with termination checklists to ensure all necessary steps have been made to efficiently remove said employee from all outlets the client has provided them with.
